We provide 2 year warranty on functionality of Pump Mechanism from the date of purchase or 2 year warranty on functionality of Pump Mechanism from the date of birth of the baby, up to 18 months from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
Some Terms & Conditions apply:
- The pump must be registered for warranty. You may do so HERE
- Proof of purchase and baby’s birth certificate of the registered owner are required when handing in for warranty claims
- All parts are available for purchase or replacement under warranty period
- Turn around time at our Service Center is 10 working days, average 5 days.
* Loan Unit is available at Service Center and selected retailers when customer’s unit is sent in for service during warranty period, subject to availability
